I have been practicing on my watercolors and have two new paintings to show.

this little girl is Kate.

This little one is Amelia sort of a pouty look.

I wanted to do watercolor of her

this is Amelia 6 months old.

Tree Fairys

I call them tree fairy's they dance on the wind.

I made them using paper clay with wool hair and a single leaf for a loin cloth the girl has a diamond colored rhinestone in her chest I made them just for the fun of it.

Kitchen Pantry Door

I am finished with the door, just need to clear seal and put the handle back on.

 

Water color

This first water color is of me and my two sisters when I was only three year's old

 the others are friends.

The beginning of my neolithic period

I was surfing the web, one of my interests is cave paintings and rock paintings.

I find this primitive art fascinating, full of color and what life was like some 10,000 years ago. 

I decided to try my hand at reproducing something like that.

This is what I came up with, I call it

"10,000 Years Before"

Little Purses

The little purses are more than half way done,
I am working on the liners then the beads for the handles/necklace.
I will take some pictures and add them when I am done.

Snow? in southern Ariazona!

I woke up this morning to my surprise SNOW!

                                                          Yikes!

Little purse

I am working on little purses that will hang around the neck like a necklace.
I started with felt, and 11 little bags.
I am embellishing them with beads yarn and other decorative elements. I feel that at least some of them are turning out ok.
If only a few turn out then I will reproduce the work I like best, I will get other opinions too, this way I will have a better understanding of what other people like as well.

Winawnie

This is Winawnie, She is about 16 inches tall, I made her for a nice lady who asked me to make her wearing a grass skirt and coconut bra. I added a few touches to her and gave her some personalty.
Winawnie is holding a conch shell and is a very happy little lady.
